• The white DiPP!T BOX arrives in a standard brown cardboard shipping box to protect and conceal contents during shipping

• If sending as a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know it’s on its way once tracking info is received so they can keep an eye out for the 2FT x 2FT x 2FT box to arrive on their doorstep

• SHIPPING TIMES: This item is in stock and ready to ship. Orders leave our Chicago warehouse within 1-2 business days after purchase, and transit times vary depending on location. Typically orders arrive within 2 days to the East Coast and within 4 days to the West Coast AFTER IT SHIPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. We cannot guarantee transit times should delays beyond our control happen on our shipping carriers’ end.

All orders ship from our Chicago-based warehouse within 3 business days unless stated otherwise due to peaks in demand and shipping volume.

Standard ground shipping will arrive within 3-4 days after it ships from our Chicago warehouse. Typically, after it ships, orders shipping to the West Coast will take 4 days to arrive with standard ground shipping; and orders to the East Coast will arrive in 2-3 days.

We cannot guarantee transit times or refund shipping costs should delays beyond our control happen on our shipping carriers’ end, as we are unable to be reimbursed by our shipping carriers’ for any shipping costs should delays happen.
